How to use

3–4 sticks per
10-hour shift.

One stick per 16.9 oz bottle. Spread them through the day — one before the heat hits, then one every few hours. Keep drinking plain water in between.

Our founder witnessed multiple tragic heat illness deaths on her Arizona jobsites — brutal summers taking too many lives. With a background in functional nutrition, she combined her passion for health and her on-site experience to create ORE.
